- Fixed some walls that were missing collisions.
Removed a section of wall that was clipping trough the door on level 3.

Fixed level 4 not restarting on death and the fade-to-black effect not taking the entire screen.

Jump is now flagged as allowed while standing on the Button That Kills You.
